- Direct Submissions: If you contact us directly or submit forms, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, passport copies, bank statements, or other documents required for visa packaging and company registration.
- Device & Logging: Like other sites, we collect internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser types, Internet Service Providers (ISP), date/time stamps, and referring/exit pages to optimize website speed.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our travel & visa processing portal.
- Improve, personalize, and expand our website features and chatbot responses.
- Process your embassy scheduling applications and company setup files.
- Communicate with you via bulk SMS gateway or email regarding updates.
- Send real-time web push notifications for application tracking.
Data Security
We implement strict physical and digital safety standards to protect your passport numbers, bank statements, trade licenses, and other corporate setup documents. GoBangladesh does not store completed application credentials permanently and destroys physical copies after application submission unless requested otherwise.
Request deletion of your data
You can ask GoBangladesh to delete personal data held in connection with your interactions with our services, including messages received through our Facebook or WhatsApp business accounts.
Email [email protected] with the subject Data deletion request, or contact 01711149308 and say that you want to request deletion of your data.
Please provide:
- The name and contact number or email you used when contacting us.
- The service or conversation concerned, and an approximate date if known.
- What you want deleted, or whether you are asking about all personal data we hold about you.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details or copies of identity documents with your initial request.
The GoBangladesh Team will review the request and may need to verify that it relates to your own data before taking action. We will explain the outcome and any records that must be retained, including the reason. Sending a request does not itself delete records immediately.
This process concerns data held by GoBangladesh. It does not delete your Facebook or WhatsApp account or copies independently held by other people or organizations.

Third-Party Privacy Policies
Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party servers (such as official embassy portals, payment gateways, and flight carriers) for more detailed information.
