1. General Overview
At GoBangladesh, we ensure clear transparency in all business dealings. Because our services require processing payments with third-party vendors (embassies, airlines, corporate state registries, Saudi portal authorities, and domain registers), refund limits depend heavily on the status of your filing and third-party rules.
Please review our detailed service-wise cancellation terms before making a payment. By purchasing a service, you agree to comply with the rules outlined below.
2. Visa Coordination Services
Our visa processing fees are divided into two distinct components: embassy/IVAC fees and GoBangladesh coordination/auditing fees.

Embassy Rejections: If your visa application is rejected by the embassy, all processing fees are non-refundable. GoBangladesh will, however, provide one free file re-audit and correction service for a second application within 6 months of rejection.
3. Air Tickets & Tour Packages
Ticketing and vacation tour packages operate under specific airline and local ground provider regulations.
- Air Tickets (Voluntary Cancellation): All tickets are subject to the carrier’s fare rules. If an airline permits refunding, we process it after deducting the airline’s cancellation penalty. Additionally, GoBangladesh levies a service charge of **BDT 1,500** per passenger for international tickets and **BDT 300** for domestic tickets.
- Air Tickets (Involuntary Cancellation): In the event of flight cancellations or schedule modifications by airlines, we coordinate refunds or re-issues as per carrier options. The convenience booking fees are non-refundable.
- Custom Tour Packages:
- Cancellation **more than 30 days** before departure: **80% refund** of the tour package price (excluding non-refundable hotel block deposits).
- Cancellation **15 to 29 days** before departure: **50% refund**.
- Cancellation **under 14 days** before departure: **0% refund** (considered a no-show due to pre-purchased local ground logs).
4. Hajj & Umrah Services
Saudi Hajj and Umrah packages operate under rigid government and hotel constraints due to strict booking rules in Makkah and Madinah.
- Saudi Visas and Portal registrations: Ministry of Hajj fees, Saudi visa registration costs, and Muallim service charges are **100% non-refundable** once processed.
- Haram Hotel Bookings: Most premium Hajj/Umrah hotels located close to the Haram operate on strict non-refundable rules. Cancelled bookings will result in 100% room cancellation fees.
- Flight Components: Pilgrimage airline tickets are booked under special group classes and are generally completely non-refundable once ticketed.
5. Business Support & Corporate Setup
Our corporate setup services cover incorporation filings locally in Bangladesh (RJSC) and globally (US LLCs, Dubai Freezones, Malaysia Sdn Bhd).

6. IT Services & Ecommerce Setups
IT engineering projects, custom web design, and digital marketplace setups (Amazon, Stripe integrations) are billed based on milestone achievements.
- Milestone Payments: Software work is divided into functional phases (e.g. Design, Beta Build, Final Release). Payments made for completed, delivered, and approved milestones are **100% non-refundable**.
- Ecommerce Setups: Services including Amazon Seller Central registrations, Stripe business integrations, and merchant setups are non-refundable once verification filings are initiated.
- Domain & Hosting Registrations: Once a custom domain name is registered or hosting server package is leased from third-party registrars, these costs are **100% non-refundable**.
7. Refund Processing Channels & Timelines
Once a refund request is officially approved in writing by GoBangladesh, we execute the disbursement according to the following guidelines:
- Payment Channel: Refunds are disbursed exclusively to the original bank account, debit/credit card, or mobile banking wallet (bKash, Nagad) used to make the purchase.
- Processing Timeline: Disbursements will reflect in the client’s statement within **10 to 15 working days**, depending on local bank clearance schedules.
- Transaction Fees: Mobile financial service cash-out charges or credit card merchant gateway processing fees are deducted from the final refunded amount.
