Cancellation Policy

This policy details the cancellation guidelines for our ticketing, visa coordination, and travel package services. By requesting services through GoBangladesh, you agree to these cancellation schedules.
Ticketing Cancellations
If you need to cancel an air ticket booking, please contact us immediately. Cancellations are subject to airline timelines:
- Voiding Tickets: Certain flight tickets can be voided on the same day of booking for a minimal agency charge.
- Standard Cancellations: Air ticket cancellations are subject to the carrier airline's reissue and refund penalties. Non-refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- No-Show: If a traveler does not check in for a flight ("No-Show"), the ticket is subject to airline no-show penalties, which may exceed standard cancellation fees.
Visa Coordination Cancellations
Embassy slots and packaging tasks involve upfront commitments:
- If you decide to cancel visa coordination before your slot is booked, we will return your documents and refund embassy fees (if not already paid to the portal).
- Once an official appointment slot (e.g. Indian Visa slot) is confirmed in the official portal, it cannot be cancelled or transferred to another name.
Tour Package Cancellations
Cancellation penalties for custom tours are based on the notice period provided before the travel date:
- 15 Days or More: Full refund minus a 10% administrative service fee.
- 7 to 14 Days: 50% cancellation penalty on the total package value.
- Less than 7 Days: 100% cancellation penalty (no refund).

To request a cancellation, please call our ticketing desk at +880 1711 149308 or message us on WhatsApp with your ticket or booking reference. Cancellations are only active once confirmed in writing by our desk.
