Ticketing & Travel Booking

GoBangladesh acts as a coordination agency for air ticket bookings, tour packages, hotel reservations, and pilgrimages (Hajj & Umrah). All fares and quotes dispatched on WhatsApp are live, real-time rates and are subject to immediate seat availability by the carriers and properties.

• Fares are only confirmed once payment is cleared and the ticket is officially issued.
• We coordinate with third-party airlines and hotel partners, and do not bear direct liability for carrier delays or schedule alterations.

Visa processing Services

Our visa processing desk prepares, reviews, packages, and schedules visa applications for embassies (such as Indian IVAC, Chinese, and Student Visas). While we verify document compliance to ensure the highest approval rates, the final visa issuance or rejection is the sole authority of the respective government embassies.

Corporate Setup & Compliance

For US LLC formations, Stripe integrations, and local Tax/VAT filings, clients are responsible for providing authentic corporate registry details, owner identification, and accurate transactional registers. GoBangladesh handles form filing and document coordination based on client-provided details.

Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, complete, and current passport information, contact details, and financial document sheets. Providing forged or altered documents will lead to immediate cancellation of our processing coordination without refund.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising in relation to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
